G23 Surgical Titanium body spiral featuring two removable balls on each end. Both balls can be removed and accessorized with your own choice of threaded accessories at 1.6mm gauge. Titanium Body Spirals are barbells twisted into a spiral shape, usually used for navel or ear piercings, although spirals can be used in any piercing that fits comfortably. Titanium is a light, strong, lustrous, corrosion-resistant transition metal available in different colours, such as purple, green, light blue, dark blue, rainbow and TI-glow (silver).
